Digital Products (PDFs, Guides, Downloads)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered (via download or email), we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
Digital content cannot be returned once accessed.
Exceptions for Technical Issues or Errors
If you experience any of the following, we will make it right:

The file is corrupted or inaccessible

You received the wrong product

There is a major error in the product content
If a legitimate issue occurs, contact us within 7 days of purchase.
After verification, we will:

Coaching or Training Sessions (if applicable)
For private sessions or training services:

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance

Sessions missed without notice may be forfeited

If we must cancel, you will be offered rescheduling or full refund
